Julia has over 18 years experience in the recruitment industry and was one of the founder members of Huntress being responsible for setting up the Commercial Division, which equates to 60% of the Huntress group. She started as a Consultant running a temporary desk and moved up to manager and then Divisional Director for a national High Street Agency. She also opened a number of offices across the City and South of England prior to her first Board appointment with Huntress. Her experience in recruitment has been gained in many blue chip and Public Sector organisations, where she supplied both Temporary and Permanent Candidates on a national scale to Clients including The Home Office, British Transport Police, The Institute of Education, Grant Thornton, KPMG, Institute of Chartered Accountants and Cable Wireless.

Jane Atherton

Joint Managing Director - Commercial

Jane has over 18 years experience in the recruitment industry. Starting her career as a successful consultant she was quickly promoted through the ranks to Divisional Director winning numerous awards for her achievements before her appointment to Board Director of Huntress. Jane was one of the founding members of Huntress who launched the Commercial division for which she has joint responsibility. Her experience in recruitment has been gained in many Blue Chip companies where she supplied both temporary and permanent candidates on a national scale to clients including Oracle, Cable and Wireless, BMW, Siemens and NTL. Jane has always worked to tailor clients’ individual needs and ensure that their accounts run smoothly on a daily basis by working closely with the client, account manager and individual consultants.
