David has 12 years experience in International Technology Recruitment and was one of the founding members of Huntress, responsible for setting up the Technology Recruitment Division and the Executive Search division; He has managed the recruitment of over £200m worth of resources for global Technology projects. Blue Chip Clients managed include RBS, HBOS, Transport for London, Logica, Cancer Research, DaimlerChrysler, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Accenture, IBM Global Services and Deloitte Consulting.

In addition David was responsible for setting up the Graduate Academy at Huntress in 2005, employing over 200 people through the Academy to date. With his experience in both winning and delivering large Blue Chip accounts and building and managing large teams of recruitment experts offering a diversity of recruitment services, David has a unique depth of experience within professional services recruitment.
