Prior to joining Huntress Avtar has served as Finance Director (EAME region) for a multi-disciplinary recruitment business TRS Management Resources (a subsidiary of Fortune 500 company Fluor Inc) and held the post of Head of Commercial Finance for Spring IT. Before entering the recruitment sector more than 8 years ago, Avtar held senior financial posts within Philips Electronics, including 7 years with Philips Media where as Finance and Business Affairs Director he helped to build and launch a worldwide multi-media entertainment business.
