Title: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000

The Role:
For this customer service based role, you would be responsible for the following duties:
To proactively co-ordinate all aspects of the supply chain to deliver optimum performance and ensure stated and agreed service levels are met, support the Sales Team and liaise with the Team Leader on a day to day basis, ensure accurate order management from ordering to invoicing,
review work processes and make recommendations for improvements to ensure maximum efficiency, take ownership of customer enquiries, through to completion including resolving issues quickly and efficiently in a courteous and ethical manner and complete any activity reports.
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will posses the following attributes:
Customer services experience
Higher level of education.
Good Windows Office knowledge essential
Fluent in German (and preferably one other language - but not essential)
Previous work experience in medical company is an advantage
At least 2 years recent experience within an administration customer service role, preferably working within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to plan and organise self and workload
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to handle difficult / volatile situations professionally and calmly
Enjoys being part of a changing organisation
Is resilient when faced with problems
