The Role:
Working as a Response Group Agent you will be working in a small and friendly team dealing with complex queries escalated via an outsourced customer contact centre. You will be dealing with telephone and email issues providing effective solutions to customer enquiries and issues.
Your general day to day duties will include providing expert advice on products and services, resolving complaints quickly and calmly, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and accurately log calls and responses.
Who we’re looking for:
To be considered for this role you will have experience in a similar position and have the desire to resolve queries and problems to the utmost level of customer satisfaction. A quick thinker who is efficient and empathetic in resolving complaints you will have a good level of computer literacy.
Hours:
Working a shift pattern with a flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
Location:
Based in Maidenhead in modern open plan offices with plenty of free parking.
