Title: Sales Team Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
A world-leading organisation based in Leeds are currently seeking a motivated Sales Team Manager to join their team. The post-holder will maximise sales revenue growth by effectively managing, coaching and developing a team of Internal Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and other department performance KPIs. This role requires an experienced B2B Sales Manager with the ability to speak one of the following languages: French, Danish or Swedish or Dutch.
The Role:
The post-holder will be responsible for: managing the performance of team members through regular one-to-ones and coaching on maximising sales opportunities through developing new business and growing existing accounts; generating leads, developing new customer relationships, effective execution of sales campaigns, managing accounts identifying sales opportunities and closing business; monitoring the Sales team to ensure that call standards are maintained, identify coaching and development needs; and liaising with Field Sales Management as required to ensure cooperation between internal and external sales teams to achieve sales growth.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Manager with significant experience of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment. You must have the ability to manage, motivate, coach and develop team members in a heavily target orientated business. In addition to this you need a full understanding of the ability to communicate and coach the end to end sales process; the ability to plan and prioritise a demanding workload using all available resources, effectively delegating as required and giving team members accountability and recognition. It is essential that you are fluent in French, Danish, Swedish or Dutch.
