Title: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £14,000 - £15,000
Are you self-motivated, professional and have a proven ability to provide first class customer service? Are you fluent in one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, or Dutch? If so this could be the role for you. Working for a global organisation who are leaders in their field, the post-holder will be responsible for resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner. To be considered for this role you must be extremely customer focussed and have excellent language skills.
The Role:
The post-holder will be responsible for resolving customer issues whilst working within the parameters of company processes and procedures - fully utilising commercial awareness skills i.e. balancing cost of service vs. customer satisfaction. You will need to achieve and exceed agreed targets relating to service resolution and service levels; have an ability to build and maintain a basic product knowledge; and pro-actively identify opportunities to promote the Value Proposition as a means of avoiding further service issues whilst maximising benefits to business.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the ability to provide high standards of customer service whilst balancing customer and business needs. It is essential that (in addition to English) you are fluent in either Danish, Swedish, or Dutch. In addition to this you need a proven ability to multi-task and identify customer needs and resolution, be able to work well in a fast paced environment, and will be a strong team player with an ability to self motivate.
