HR ADVISOR - PART TIME - 22.5 hours per week - UNIQUE, PRESTIGIOUS ORGANISATION
We are currently seeking an experienced, credible HR Advisor for this highly prestigious organisation in Chichester.
The role will involve giving HR Advice to Managers across the business in a diverse range of sectors, providing a reliable and accurate service to your internal customers. The successful candidate will conduct policy and project work and will generally assist the HR Manager with delegated tasks.
An autonomous approach is essential for this role, as you will investigate disciplinary situations, hold outcomes and advise on decisions, ensuring that correct procedures are followed at all times.
The role will involve recruitment activity as well as all round generalist duties.

In order to apply, you should he a highly polished, confident and assertive HR professional. Business and Commercial acumen is an essential requirement for this role, as is a minimum of three to five years experience as an HR Advisor or Manager at a senior level or Manager. CIPD qualification is preferred, however applicants qualified by experience are also welcome to apply.
This is a part time position, however working hours are to be discussed. The client is open to considering full or part days. Salary circa 30k Pro rata.
