    Archives Adviser  apply for this job
    £9 - £10 per annum
    City of London

    Position:
    Archives Assistant

    Person Specification:
    - Knowledge of a range of organisational archives and the full process from initiation through to
    maintenance and deposit.
    - Knowledge of different archive formats e.g. electronic photographic and paper.
    - Knowledge of legislation, regulations and standards of archives e.g copyright, data protection.
    - Extensive experience developing archives, ideally within the public sector.
    - Extensive experience of reviewing, developing and implementing archive policies and procedures.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as a logical and systematic approach to work.
