An established, innovative recruitment agency that specialises in placing mid to senior Finance, Treasury and Corporate Strategy professionals into commerce & industry and consulting firms is currently looking to appoint an Office Manager to their West End Office.
Duties of the role will include:
Secretarial – Diary Management / Travel Arrangements
Reception Duties – Answering Telephone, taking messages as appropriate, directing calls, meeting and greeting clients.
Facilities Management
Managing Relationships with Suppliers
Ordering Stationary
Finance Duties -
Complete weekly temporary payroll
Control Purchase Ledger
Control Sales Ledger
Complete Bank Reconciliations
Manage Company Cash flow
Manage Credit Control
Maintain relationship with outsource company
Reconciliation of Debtors
Supervise Administrator
Adhoc Consultancy support – formatting CV’s etc…
We are ideally seeking an experienced Office Manager from a Recruitment / Sales based environment. We are also seeking:
3 + Years Office Management experience – professional services / Recruitment or Sales environment
Team Player
Proactive and can do attitude
Sound PC Skills – MS Office Suite
Sage Line 50 (Desirable)
Finance experience
Work well under pressure
