Our client is looking for customer focused candidates to work in their busy inbound call centre. This role is a temp to perm position working for a stable and well established company within the Financial industry.
This role is taking incoming calls from the public and business regarding Pensions queries, making amendments on the system for bank details, address changes etc, resolving payment discrepancies and maintaining contact with the customers.
You will have previous call centre or customer services experience gained within a professional office environment. You must be available to start immediately and be able to commit to a 13 week temp to perm position. This position is working 7 hour shifts between the hours of 8am - 6pm.
