We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Resourcer to work within an extremely successful and tight knit team, supporting all elements of the recruitment process.
Duties will include resourcing candidates for open vacancies and qualifying them through previous work history, references and matching their attributes to the given job specification. You will also have to ensure that open vacancies are advertised correctly and attract a variety of responses. You will be arranging interviews with both candidate and clients, making sure that the appropriate confirmation is sent out and received by both parties and be the first point of contact for any candidate queries which may include payroll, timesheet and holiday requests.
Ideally, you will have previous account management experience with proven communication skills at a variety of levels. You will be working in a fast paced environment and need to be able to react to requests at speed. With strong administration and IT skills, the successful applicant will benefit from excellent working conditions, company benefits and a lively working environment.
This role will suit an individual that wants to learn more about the recruitment business, and someone that wants to get involved in both resourcing and dealing with key accounts. The suitable candidate will be financially driven and used to working under pressure.
