Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their well established team in West Sussex. The company are rapidly growing in the market, have an exceptional reputation for quality and service and are looking for new high calibre candidate to join their team.
You will be working within an environment where you will have autonomy for running your own desk, generating new business as well as developing existing accounts. You will be targeted to develop a strong client base by building solid working relationships with both new & existing clients and you will source & qualify candidates for a variety of contract and permanent positions. You will have excellent communication and rapport building skills, be self motivated and able to work within a team. This particular role will be working with a warm client base where consultants have previously been very successful.
We are looking for an ambitious and driven sales professionals with experience gained in a Recruitment company or alternatively as an Account Manager in another sector with proven ability to manage and grow client accounts. This is a professional, fast paced sales environment and you will be asked to consistently achieve targets.
