Do you have excellent customer service skills?** Are you hoping to begin a career in a fantastic company?**
The role;
If you are looking for a new challenge this is a great opportunity for someone who has previously worked in a customer service or administration role.
You will be working within an installations team taking calls from customers who require an update regarding their installation status. You will also be required to liaise with engineers, reschedule visits and process installation orders. This position will require a high level of service at all times and you will be required to work between 8.00-23.00 on a shift rota over a 7 day working week.
Who we are looking for;
This role is ideal for someone who prides themselves on their customer service skills and has excellent attention to detail. You will have a minimum of six months experience of working in an office or call centre and be available immediately.
