The Role;
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previously worked within an office, retail or call centre environment for six months. The role is a temp to perm and is to start immediately. The role will involve taking in bound calls from engineers, business partners and field team managers to provide on the job support. You will provide excellent service levels and assist them with their requirements. Along with this you will be required to keep the customer informed with the progress. The hours are Monday to Saturday 8.00-21.00 and 09.00-21.00 on a Sunday - these hours will operate on a shift pattern and will result in a 40 hour working week.
Who we are looking for;
The successful candidate will have previously worked in a telephone based role, retail or an office environment and have excellent communication skills. You will be able to start immediately and be looking to commit to a company for a long duration.
