Title: Experienced Property Secretary
£8.00 - 8.50p/hr
Are you looking for some Secretarial temporary work? Do you have previous PA and secretarial experience within the Property sector ? We could have a few roles for you. A fantastic opportunity to work for a highly regarded employer based in Leeds city centre and another just on the outskirts of Leeds , the post-holder will be responsible for providing professional and efficient administrative support for a Director and his team. The Role:
To provide Secretarial support within a small busy office. Secretarial responsibilities will include audio and copy typing of letters and reports, diary management; arranging and attending meetings; arranging travel and accommodation; and handing general telephone queries.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced PA / Secretary who has some previous experience of working within the Property sector. It is essential that you have good secretarial skills including fast and accurate copy and audio typing skills, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. In addition to this you will need to be confident, outgoing, and will have lots initiative and the ability to think on your feet.
