Do you have strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, MySQL and Java? Are you highly numerate with a keen eye for detail? If so, then this could be the role for you!
As a Programmer you will maintain and develop the IT infrastructure within the company. Your main duties will include the general software development, the maintenance and development of function libraries such as C/C++ and other tools, the maintenance and development of C++/C# libraries for incorporation into existing company software and the maintenance and development of graphical tools to facilitate real-time user interaction between local databases. You will also maintain and develop the MySQL database including user and server administration as well as integration and/or communication with client databases.
Our ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline and formal training in at least C and C++ programming, familiarity with other programming languages such as C#, MySQL, HTML and Java would be an advantage. You will also be highly numerate and will ideally have a degree or A level in Maths achieving grade B or above. You will have a positive can-do attitude as well as having the ability to adapt and learn new skills.
