Title: Secretary to HR Director
Salary: £17,000 - £18,000
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Secretary / Administrator to join a leading organisation based just outside of Leeds city centre. A busy and varied position, the post-holder will provide secretarial and administrative support for the HR Director and their team, to include administering a training programme. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced secretary with strong administration and organisational skills.
The Role:
The post-holder will provide secretarial for the Director and the HR department to include: drafting reports and correspondence; management of the Director’s appointments, arranging meetings and organising agendas / papers; preparing minutes of meetings; responding to post, email and messages on behalf of the Director; maintaining records of expenditure against budget; administering meetings; and completing monthly cheque returns.
In addition to this the post-holder will administer a training programme, responsibilities will include: booking delegates onto courses; organising accommodation; ensuring the training day runs smoothly; sending out delegate packs; inputting course evaluation details; and handling any queries.
Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Secretary / Administrator with the ability to provide PA and team administration support. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You must be extremely organised and have experience of providing support at Director level.
