The Role:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a global leader as a PA to EMEA Communications Director. You will be solely responsible for providing full support to the EMEA Communications Director who will be in the Camberley office only two days a week and the rest travelling across EMEA. Additionally you will be solely responsible for organising meetings, booking flights, calendar management, being an additional point of contact for numerous PR agencies, working on large scale multinational communications campaigns, maintaining key information on analysts and press, assisting with the media training program, collating data and converting into reports and raising PO numbers.
Who we’re looking for:
This is a great opportunity for a PA who has previously worked in a PR/Marketing or Communications environment. An enthusiastic and confident individual with excellent communication skills you will be a competent user of Microsoft office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint and it would be a distinct advantage if you were fluent in another European language additional to English.
Location:
Based in Camberley with plenty of free parking.
