My well established client who is based in Maidstone and who are market leaders are now looking to recruit an experienced customer service officer within their dynamic claims department.
I am looking for someone who is willing to commit to a 6 month contract and who is experienced within claims handling. You will need experience of handling your own portfolio of clients and have done this successfully.
• Previous claims handling experience required preferably at a commercial or broker lead claims / or experience of handling a portfolio of clients in the financial industry.
• Superb communications skills – listening and acting upon information given
• The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims
• Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim.
• Be able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis
• Excellent keyboard skills
• Excellent IT skills
