**HR ADVISOR - 12 MONTH MATERNITY COVER - FORWARD THINKING COMPANY - PORTSMOUTH**
Our client located in Portsmouth is looking for a professional and experienced HR Advisor to work on a 12 month contract beginning in August.
The Role...
As part of a team the role will involve supporting other department, offering professional HR advice and guidance to ensure the best practice maintained. You will be responsible for 3 key areas:
Recruitment - Manage the recruitment process including writing adverts, conducting interviews and producing offer letters and contracts.
Disciplinary and Grievance - Advise Managers and employees on the process, take notes during hearings and provide administrative support.
Training - Arrange company inductions and review training.
Projects - Assist with research and development of HR related projects
The Person...
To be qualify for this role must have worked within a HR team and be part qualified CIPD or CPP. It is also key that you will have experience of HR project work. This is a 12 month contract and therefore you must be available to start in August.
