** SALES TEAM LEADER ** PORTSMOUTH ** IMMEDIATE START
We have an exciting opening for a Call Centre Sales Team Leader to join an professional blue chip company based in Portsmouth.
The Role....
Sales Team Leader will manage a team of high performing sales agents. You will be required to create a motivated environment, ensure all team and individual targets are met or exceeded, monitor teams call quality and encourage development and to provide on-going coaching and performance management to the team.
The Person...
We are looking for somebody who has strong sales experience, people management skills, the ability to motivate people, good spoken and written communication skills, a responsible attitude, good 'people skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels, the ability to plan and prioritise your own work and other people's, calmness under pressure, decision-making ability, good negotiation skills accuracy with record keeping and excellent computer skills.
The working hours will be between 8am - 10pm on rotating shift patterns with the occasional weekend shift - flexibility will be required.
