Title: HR Associate, Maidenhead
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000

The Role:
Working for this global leading health company you will be based in a call centre where you will be responsible for utilising and maintaining comprehensive customer service, serving employees who contact the Service Centre.
You will be required to receive and respond to service enquiries, evaluate and process all SAP organisation management transactions in keeping with applicable corporate and global policies, support the testing and rollout of new system applications and analyse service tickets to ensure required data is captured. You will also be required to identify at-risk/in distress customer relationships and initiate corrective action and support mass update projects.
Who we’re looking for:
To be considered for this role you should have previous HR/Business Administration experience and have experience of operating in a Customer Service environment. It is imperative you have knowledge of SAP and it would be a distinct advantage if you have a qualification in a business related subject. With excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment you will have a high level of accuracy with strong computer skills.
