This is a varied position where your duties will be to runs daily reports to identify new transactions on the system, collate and analyse data to manage trades, process documentation, input customer details onto the system, liaise with Trading Desk delegates on findings and resolve client queries over the phone and in writing.
This role requires the ability to work under pressure and problem solve, have strong communication skills, be highly numerate and have a good eye for detail. Previous experience in a financial/ pensions environment is required as well as experience of dealing with external clients and working to SLAs.
