Office Manager / Team Secretary - Professional Services Preferred
Salary £27,000 - £32,000 per annum
Our client, a leading global consulting firm with 450 consultants in 20 offices worldwide, are seeking an Office Manager / Team Secretary to join their London based office.
Duties will include;
• Reception Duties – Meeting & Greeting clients, answering telephone, taking messages, directing calls etc;
• Travel Arrangements – liaising with external Travel company or arranging as required (minimal);
• Diary Management of Partners and Consultants (minimal);
• Arranging meetings / Conference calls;
• Event Co-ordination – Preparing Invitations, Managing RSVP’s, sending reminders, organising catering, organising venue etc;
• Liaising with Facilities Management Firm;
• Office Maintenance;
• Ordering Stationary;
• Adhoc Administration as and when required;
• Monthly Financial Duties.
Key Requirements;
• 3 + Years experience within an Office Management / Secretarial Capacity;
• Professional Services Experience (Desirable);
• Previous experience with Month end Accounts processes;
• Degree Educated (Desirable);
• Intermediate to Advanced PC Skills – MS Office suite;
• Language Skills (Advantage but not essential);
• Self Motivated and demonstrates initiative;
• Corporately presented;
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal;
• Excellent problem solving ability.
