Title: Sales Support Team Leader, Bracknell
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000

The Role:
Working as a Sales Support Team Leader you will be managing and motivating a small team as well as being hands on in delivering back office support to Business Development Managers and the National Accounts Manager.
Your main duties on a day to day basis will involve collating and researching information to compile tenders and presentations, assisting the team, monitoring and logging absences, holding 121 sessions with team members, holding monthly team meetings and delivering 121 support for National Accounts Manager and managing a daily priority list.
Who we’re looking for:
To be considered for this role you should have sufficient previous experience in a Team Leader role and a track record in workload management and customer support. With an ability to deliver excellent service levels to customers you will ideally be a graduate or equivalent who is positive, committed and confident.
