Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new and challenging role? Do you possess excellent organisational skills? If so, then this could be the role for you!
As a Personal Assistant you will be preparing documents on the Director’s behalf including minute taking and diary management. You will also run the day to day management of the office environment to include supplier management of cleaners, caterers and security, raise purchase orders and expense claims for the Director and book travel, accommodation and external meeting locations. Other duties will include coordinating the meeting rooms and pool cars, handling all incoming and outgoing mail, and control, maintain and replenish stationery stock.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role, will be qualified to degree level or equivalent and will have advanced Microsoft skills. You will also be extremely organised and able to communicate effectively.
