Are you looking for an exciting Customer Service role within a prestigious company based on the outskirts of Exeter? Then this could be the role for you!
As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. You will advise customers on products and service and take opportunity to maximise sales at all times.
Our client requires a self motivator who can build and maintain relationships with customers. The idea candidate must have good MS office knowledge and an understanding of competitor products and services who is educated to a good standard in Maths and English.
A proven track record in customer services is also essential as are exceptional telephone skills and good communication skills.
