The Role
A full time, permanent care co-ordinator, this position will be office based & incorporate co-ordinating the delivery of care to clients in a calm & professional manner. You will be expected to assign work to carers in a timely fashion, organise schedules of work & rotas plus handle all telephone enquiries & carry out ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner & a proven track record of working in a pro-active manner. Good geographical knowledge of the Surrey area is essential for the role along with the ability to forward plan & think on your feet. You must also be IT literate, highly organised & able to remain calm under pressure. An interest in the care sector would be advantageous.
