What we do when we collect your information

We collect and process personal data only so far as is necessary to facilitate the recruitment process.  This data will include the information you supply to us including your name, email address and CV via our registration process, information requests and applications via our website.

We will use your information in such ways to facilitate the recruitment process, including but not limited to:

2. Providing you with notice of current opportunities that may suit your requirements

What happens to your personal information when you provide us with your CV?

When you submit your CV via our website it will be stored online and our recruitment consultants will enter your personal information in to our in-house database. If you supply your CV by other means your personal information will also be entered in to our in-house database.  Your information will only be accessible to Huntress Group staff and any prospective employers or clients for the purposes of the recruitment process both locally and internationally as required. 

We will also disclose your personal information if we are required by law to disclose it in connection with the detection of crime, the collection of taxes or duties, in order to comply with any applicable law, by order of a court of competent jurisdiction, or in connection with legal proceedings.

We are required by law to hold your personal information for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory and contractual obligations and in accordance with our legitimate interests as a data controller. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your personal information is maintained and up to date.

Cookies

Under The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 the use of cookies on a website must be clearly explained and an option given for visitors to turn them off. For this reason the Huntress website does not use cookies for general visitors to the site.

Some external links appear on our website.  If you select them you may be diverted to another website which may not utilise standards that are reflected in our privacy policy.  We accept no responsibility if the privacy policy of these websites differs from ours.
